WEEK 11

Paul’s arrival in Rome is the culminating moment of the book of Acts. Remember where Acts started: Jesus’ authoritative command that the gospel go from Jerusalem to the nations. In the first century, Rome was the center of civilization. Paul’s preaching in Rome (and throughout the Mediterranean region) is a picture of obedience to Jesus’ command.
