Paul, one of the Bible’s most prolific writers, is first introduced at the end of Acts 8. He meets Jesus in Acts 9, then becomes one of the dominant forces in the early church’s expansion. His letter to the Galatian churches offers an extended argument for the reality of salvation by grace apart from works based on obedience to the Jewish law.
